Maintenance
The information systems administration (ISA) is Softkit's initiative which represents an attempt to support the activities within an institution. Our aim is to assure the operations fluency by ensuring the technical support and administration of the IT&C infrastructure.
The information systems administration (ISA) involves logistic base maintenance owned by the beneficiary as well as consulting for new equipment procurement in order to modernize the IT&C infrastructure. This project presupposes periodical inspections of the information systems at the beneficiary's place performed by a team of professionals who belong to Softkit. These inspections include operations such as: antivirus updating, the applications and/ or operation systems reinstalling, the security policies updating, finding hardware defections and guidance towards various worn-out components procurement. In addition to this, depending on the contract between the beneficiary and Softkit, we can provide inspections on request at the beneficiary's place as well as technical assistance at distance via the internet.
Currently, our company provides services of information systems administration for two important categories of customers: small and average enterprises (IMMs) and corporations - companies whose activity is highly spread providing a large range of operations.
